Sparkles' Safety Spot to Air on U of O's TV 6!

Great news!

Not only are the University of the Ozarks' SIFE organization and international students helping translate episodes of Sparkles' Safety Spot, the university's cable access channel (TV6), has agreed to help share each week's episode of the recording of the live stream of the kid's safety show. Isn't that so exciting?!?!

Just got a note from TV6. Episode 73 will air this evening around 6 pm CST. Wanted to let all our friends in the area know!

Once we get the Hispanic, French and Japanese recorded versions of our shows going, we will be beside ourselves!

Whoo hoo!

Sparkles Safety Spot 73: January 25, 2013

Whoo hoo! We are so excited!

Last week was the 73rd episode of our kid's safety show, Sparkles' Safety Spot. It was so much fun sharing fire safety and the show ranked as the 10th most watched show on Stickam.com that day!

We had two special friends joining us that day! Beeper the Smoke Alarm video chatted with us and Melanie our fire safety helper was there! We had a blast!

Enjoy the show!

New "Molly the Fire Safety Dog Cam" video!

Each week, Firefighter Dayna and I go to the fire station for Monday night training. I thought it would be really fun to take my camera with me and give you a tour of the fire station!

November 2012 Skype visit with Students in Australia

Since Siren is a slow typist, we are so behind in making videos! BOL. Here is video showing the highlights of our Skype visit with students in Australia from the Hawkesdale P12 College last November. It was such a blast!

This morning we received a Skype request from a class in Pakistan. How exciting! Soon we will be Skyping with students in Latvia and Friday we are Skyping with school children in Texas after Sparkles' Safety Spot. Thanks to First Alert and State Farm for allowing the Keep Kids Fire Safe Foundation and the Fire Safety Dogs. for allowing us the opportunity to share the fire safety message all around the world and here at home in the US!
